● Social Media / Strategy & Content
Data that speaks.
Two case studies in turning strategy into measurable growth — building content systems, lifting engagement, and giving organizations a more human presence online.

How did this happen?
A deliberate shift in strategy and volume drove the growth. As part of a system-wide effort to "tell our story," I developed a Community Communication Plan alongside monthly content calendars — defining what United Regional talked about and when, across departments, services, community involvement, and the people behind the system.
In practice that meant significantly increasing posting frequency, expanding into Reels, carousels, and Stories, and broadening community-focused content: employee award recognitions, volunteer efforts, patient testimonials, and local partnerships. I also produced short-form clips from a new podcast series. Every post was written, sourced, edited, scheduled, and cross-departmentally coordinated by me.
What changed
- 01 A documented Community Communication Plan & monthly calendars
- 02 Higher posting frequency across new formats
- 03 Human-first community & employee storytelling
- 04 Short-form podcast video and crisis communications

Case study 02
Think Idea Studio
As a part-time marketing intern, I supported content for local businesses — focusing on the Arkansas Folic Acid Coalition, a health-awareness client reaching expectant mothers and young women. I pitched and produced original campaigns, graphics, and photoshoots.
